There are plenty of low cost airlines that you can chose from and some very nice hotels, which we will be happy to recommend. You decide depending on your budget where you want to stay. There is something for everyone, from €40 per night in an apart hotel, or try perhaps 4 **** hotel on the seafront, excellent location with prices from €100 per night.

Please remember this is a buying trip therefore and it is best that only the Decision Makers come on your first trip! We will arrange your flights and book the hotel (or tell us when you are due to arrive, Airport transfers can be arranged to take you to your hotel). Once you are settled in we can arrange a time to start your viewing.

PS: on weekends the viewing options are limited. It is therefore advisable to plan at least the Monday.

Due to COVID 19 at present the type of Inspection flights offered are just the MONEY BACK Inspection Trips: When purchasing a home through MARQUANTHOUSES you will receive € 250.00 p.p (maximum 2 persons) for travel expenses incurred. The inspection trip is organized in the following way:

OPTION 1 - Typical (4 Day) Pre-Arranged Buyers Trip

Day 1

Airport arrival. If desired, you will be picked up by one of our employees. Check into your apartment / hotel (depending on arrival time). Informal chat/meeting over coffee or a beer and maybe a quick Tour of the local area, Time to relax back at the Hotel. This is followed by exploration of the area, the beaches, golf courses, shopping and entertainment options and further interesting things within the area. If there is time left, we will visit some projects.

Day 2

10 am Meet over coffee. Either start or finish tour of the area depending on what you have seen the previous day Start property viewings, Visit projects and individual homes. We try to find the best possible mix for you between environment, type of home and budget. Lunch, More viewings, back to hotel to relax.

Day 3

10 am Meet over coffee to Review what you have seen, Shortlist of properties. Viewings as required. We visit the homes that are most interesting for you or projects again. In the case of new construction, we check the availability at the same time. If the right property has been found, an option is taken by means of a reservation document. Time for Lunch, Introduction to our Legal partners. Pay Deposit/Open bank accounts, NIE numbers (as required) If there is still time left, we can visit furniture stores and spend some time to Celebrate!

Day 4

Any other business.

This is the most efficient way, to search for your dream home in Spain and requires good preparation on our part. For your part, it is important that the budget is clear; deposit in place and that a maximum of 50% of the sum could be available within 30 days and that you can make a decision during this trip.
